Epic Voyage
We recently had the opportunity to sail with Lindblad Expeditions on their trip Epic Voyage – From the Red Sea to the Mediterranean. We journeyed 11,000 air miles and 3,000 nautical miles visiting eight countries over 3 1/2 weeks. In typical Lindblad small ship expedition travel fashion, it was a fantastic learning experience and photographic opportunity. A small army of expert historians, naturalists and climatologists lectured daily and guided us through each venue. The places we visited and the stories we heard sounded vaguely familiar. Maybe from 7th grade geography and 11th grade history? But somehow it was more interesting this time 🙂 Our trip slideshow is found in the Expedition Travel section.
